An independent selection, not a complete calendar. Dates are checked against organizer pages; changes can happen. How we check listings ↗
Less searching. More sitting.
You don’t need to know everyone in the room to share a meaningful moment.
Explore the format, tradition, time, and cost. Read what the organizer asks you to do before joining.
Set aside time and a comfortable place. Save a confirmed session to your calendar, then check the organizer for any changes.
Follow the official joining link. You’ll practice with the organizer’s community, using their platform and guidelines.
Before you join
A session where people practice at the same time through an online room or broadcast. Formats vary: some include a teacher and guidance, others make space for silent community practice. Each listing explains what we could verify.
Use the Today filter for confirmed dated sessions in your timezone. Recurring schedules appear separately, because a published regular schedule does not confirm every individual session. If there is no verified session today, we say so.
The first listings are free, with optional donations for some organizers. We show the published cost beside each listing. The organizer sets any registration requirements and payment terms.
No. Global Meditation Live is an independent directory created by Dave. You join directly through each organizer. Being listed does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Read the organizer’s description and access instructions, and choose a session that welcomes your experience level. You may want a guided session for your first practice. You can stop or take a break whenever you need to.
