A little information. A clear purpose.

Information you choose to share

If you submit the updates form, we store your email address, your request to receive updates, and the time of submission. If you send a privacy or correction request, we store your email and message so the request can be reviewed.

Submitting an updates form records your interest; it does not send an automatic confirmation email. An email schedule has not been established. We do not sell the information you submit.

How the site works

The directory can be browsed without an account. Timezone display uses your browser’s timezone locally. Filters work in the browser and do not require sending your search terms to a server. Calendar files are generated in your browser.

The hosting service may process standard technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. We count page views and actions such as joining an organizer, saving a calendar entry, or starting an updates request. These aggregate counts use no analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. We do not use advertising pixels.

Other organizers

Official joining links take you to third-party websites, each with its own privacy practices. Any registration, video call, or payment you choose to make with an organizer happens on their service.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, removal, or withdrawal of your update preference using the form below. Requests are stored for review; submitting one does not automatically delete a record. We may need to verify that a request relates to your own information before acting.

We keep submitted information while it is useful for the purpose you requested or until a removal request is processed, subject to necessary security or legal retention.
